About Complete Appraisal
Complete Appraisal is a full service appraisal management company that has served the needs of the business, legal and banking community since 1984. We have been a leader in the appraisal industry with a service area that southeastern Michigan.
We have managed, reviewed and delivered over 100,000 appraisal reports during our 25 year history. Our 1800 plus customer list bears witness to our experience and the trust of our loyal clients. Our depth of management experience ensures that we have the knowledge and expertise to complete every type of appraisal assignment.
All of our appraisal reviews are performed by Licensed Certified Appraisers that adhere to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice "USPAP".
Our field appraisers are Certified General, Certified Residential and compliant with the new FHA roster requirements effective on October 1, 2009.
