Our history, experience & staff

[F]ounded in 1984, The Complete Appraisal Company is a full-service appraisal company serving 41 counties in southern lower Michigan. We have produced more than 50,000 residential appraisal reports plus hundreds of non-residential reports (business valuations, commercial, industrial, machinery and equipment appraisals). We have also peformed more than 5,000 desk or field reviews for HUD, FNMA, MGIC, and various lenders.

Employee Relocation Council: We also serve 27 counties for the ERC. Our founder and president, Mr. Hugh L. Gedrich, has been a member of the ERC since 1986. The Complete Appraisal Company has delivered as many as 500 standard ERC reports and approximately 100 URAR reports that were specified for ERC purposes.

Staff: Along with our leaders listed below, we have 24 certified or licensed appraisers and a support staff of 9.
